Whenever you create a proposal, it will appear in your Hive for the rest of your Swarm members to vote over, and, if your proposal reaches consensus it gets performed. If consensus is reached and enough members vote in favor of your proposal, the proposal passes and instantly executes on the blockchain. Likewise, if enough people vote against your proposal, nothing happens. Proposals also expire- When a proposal expires, it fails and nothing happens. ## How to Create a Proposal 1. Log in to your Swarm 2. Select the "Proposals" Menu 3. Click "**New Proposal**"
