Add Liquidity

Create a Add Liquidity Proposal

Adding Liquidity with your Swarm

Create a Add Liquidity proposal to Add Liquidity to a DEX (KDS or KDX) with your Swarm.

Adding Liquidity to a DEX requires you to send 2 tokens to the DEX as liquidity- Please make sure both tokens are located in Vaults on the same chain as the DEX you wish to add liquidity to.

Typing into the quantity fields of the Add Liquidity interface will automatically populate the other side of the interface with the other quantity of tokens as long as both tokens are selected, and as long as the pair of tokens exists on the KDS or KDX DEX.

All Liquidity Pool tokens recieved back from adding liquidity are automatically placed in your Swarms "Yield" section, as shown below.

Any excess tokens rejected by the Dex due to price or liquidity changes will automatically be returned to your Swarm and placed in a vault located under your "Yield" tab of your Swarm(as shown below)- This behavior happens when price or liquidity changes between the time you create your proposal, and the time it actually executes on the blockchain when everyone votes.

Your Swarm can only Add Liquidity to KDS (Chain 1) and KDX (Chain 2) - Make sure the liquidity your attempting to add is located in vaults on either Chain 1 or Chain 2 depending on which DEX you wish to add liquidity to.

Adding Liquidity from Vaults located on Chain 1 will Add Liquidity to the KDS DEX. Adding liquidity to the KDS Dex will return KDS LP tokens to your Swarm which can be converted back into liquidity with the Remove Liquidity proposal.

Adding Liquidity from Vaults located on Chain 2 will Add Liquidity to the KDX DEX.
