# Adjust Required-Voter Consensus Threshold (Weighted)

**Weighted** Type DAOs have 2 thresholds that must pass in order for a proposal to reach consensus.

In a weighted DAO a certain amount of Weight must vote in favor of a proposition, as well as a certain number of people.

Creating a "**Adjust Required-Voter Consensus Threshold**" Proposal at a Weighted DAO will adjust how many people are required to vote over a proposal in order for a proposal to reach consensus.
