Create a Adjust Daily Proposal Limit proposal to adjust how many proposal the members of your Swarm can make per day.

The Daily Proposal Limit is a limit applied individually to each Swarm member, and not the Swarm as a whole. 

Setting the Daily Proposal Limit to 10 means each Swarm member can make 10 proposals every 24 hours if they wanted to.

## How to Adjust Daily Proposal Limit
