Create your new Swarm
9) Review the preview and if everything looks ok, create your Swarm.
Clicking 'Create' will ask you to sign a transaction, which will create your new DAO on the blockchain according to all the rules you just defined.
A Swarm is free to create (You pay only gas fees).
After your Swarm is created, you will be brought to it's web page where you can begin interacting with it.
