Swapping Tokens with your Swam

Create a Swap proposal to Swap tokens with your Swarm.

The Swarms Swap interface works in the same way most traditional swap interfaces work, except you also choose a Vault with Swarms.Finance.

Swap from Token A to Token B by selecting the token and vault you will be swapping from, and then select the token and vault you will be swapping to.

Typing into the quantity fields of the Swap interface will automatically populate the other side of the Swap interface with your expected tokens to be received, and vice versa.

Swarms currently can only swap from the KDS or KDX DEXs on the Kadena Blockchain.

Quotes and prices depend on which chain the Vault you are swapping from is located on.

Swapping from a Vault located on Chain 1 will swap from the KDS DEX.

Swapping from a Vault located on Chain 2 will swap from the KDX DEX.

Make sure you have your assets you wish to swap with in vaults located on the same chain as the DEX you wish to swap with.

Make sure you have created vaults to receive the tokens you wish to swap into on the same chain as the DEX you wish to swap with.

Swapping tokens requires your swarm have vaults created for the tokens you want to swap between- You will need a Vault to swap from and a Vault to swap to.

For Example, if I want my Swarm to Swap from KDA to ADK on the KDS DEX:

1) I would have my Swarm's KDA in a Vault on Chain 1

2) I would have a empty ADK Vault created on Chain 1 prepared to receive the ADK tokens from the swap.

How to Swap

1. Select "Swap" as your proposal type.

2. Select the Vault / Token and Amount to Swap from

3. Select the Vault / Token and amount to Swap to

Once the Swap executes, it will Swap the tokens from one Vault to the other.

Prices may change by the time your Swap executes.

All proposals require you to set a End Time and Proposal Title.
