# Remove Liquidity

## Removing Liquidity with your Swarm

Create a **Remove Liquidity** proposal to Remove Liquidity from a DEX (KDS or KDX) with your Swarm.

Removing Liquidity from a DEX requires you already have liquidity pool tokens in a Vault at your Swarm (See below).

When you Remove Liquidity from a DEX you will send in your liquidity tokens to the DEX and get back 2 different fungible tokens, which will be placed in the "YIELD" area of your Swarms Vaults as shown below:

## How to Remove Liquidity

1. Select "**Remove Liquidity**" as your proposal type.
2. Select the LP Token Vault / Amount of LP Token to send to the DEX.

All Liquidity you receive back from the DEX will automatically be placed in new vaults under your Swarms "Yield" tab.
